The Reichstag building is a historic structure in Berlin and one of Berlin's top tourist attractions. The Reichstag was originally built for serving as the headquarters of the German Parliament, however in 1922, the building was badly damaged by the aftermath of a fire, and it was then demolished. Checkpoint Charlie Museum or known as Mauermuseum or Haus am Checkpoint Charlie in Germany, is a major draw for tourists in Berlin. The name was derived from the famous crossing checkpoint with East the West and East West Germany. The museum's main exhibits are stories about the history of Berlin Wall and the stories of those who escaped from East Germany inclusive of the images and other recordings of successful escape attempts , as well as equipment used to escape such as getaway cars, hot-air balloons, chairlifts, and even a miniature submarine!

at 368 meters, Berliner Fernsehturm is the tallest TV tower in Berlin and Germany and is among Berlin's most famous attractions. It is situated close to the center of Berlin, Germany, close to Alexanderplatz and was finished in 1969. There is an observation platform as well as a revolving restaurant inside the Berliner Fernsehturm sphere. The observation deck which also known as panoramic floor, is about 325 metres in height and the visibility could reach 42 kilometers on clear days. Visitors must take the lift to access the tower sphere; alternatively, visitors can climb up 986 steps. There is also a restaurant called Telecafe, which is just at 207m above the ground which will change at a time every 30 minutes.
