The observation deck is known as a panoramic floor is 200m in height, with a visibility that is 42 kilometres when it's a clear day. Visitors will have to take the lift to access the tower sphere. Alternately it is possible to climb 986 steps. There is also a restaurant named Telecafe located about 207 meters above the ground and rotates after 30 minutes.
